Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale

1. Trade in the BEANINGFUL online store is organized, executed, and related services are provided by Justinas Duchovskis, operating as a sole proprietorship (certificate No. 928341), registered address: Perkalių 5A, Laičiai, Molėtai district, LT-33314, VAT payer code LT100013417317.
2. Together with the Buyer's submitted order for goods, these Rules become a contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller and are a legally binding document for both parties. The contract is considered concluded when the Buyer forms and submits an order for goods in the BEANINGFUL store.
3. By ordering goods in the BEANINGFUL store, the Buyer is deemed to have read and unconditionally agreed to the rules.
4. Prices in the online store may change in the future. The price valid at that moment, including shipping costs and taxes, is indicated in the order formed for payment.
5. Payments are made via online banking, using the intermediation services provided by PAYSERA.
6. A VAT invoice is issued and submitted to the specified email address within 3 working days after the delivery of goods.
