Returns Policy

In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, BEANINGFUL cocoa products are not exchanged or returned, unless the product was defective or expired.

We carefully package cocoa and cocoa products and ensure careful transportation. However, sometimes chocolate bars break during transit or whiten due to increased temperature. If we packaged poorly or you are dissatisfied with the delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you return a non-food item, the item (if it was delivered) must be returned within 14 days to the address: Perkalių 5A, Laičiai, Molėtai district. The money paid by the buyer for the item will be refunded within 5 working days from the return of the goods to the Seller.

The obligation to deliver the returned or exchanged goods to the location specified by the Seller and all costs associated with the return shall be borne by the Buyer, except when
goods of unsuitable quality are returned or exchanged.

Goods must be returned in their original product and shipment packaging, together with product documents (instructions, warranty card, VAT invoice, a completed and signed form of notice of withdrawal from the sales contract or a goods return or exchange form). The buyer is responsible for the proper completeness and packaging of the returned goods. If the goods are not complete and properly packaged, the Seller has the right to refuse to accept the returned goods and not refund the money paid by the buyer for the goods. Goods will not be accepted back if they have been used and/or damaged and/or have lost their commercial appearance. the security and confidentiality of this data.
