Terms of Sale
- BEANINGFUL online store operations, management, and related services are provided by Justinas Duchovskis, operating as a sole proprietorship (certificate No. 928341), with registered office at Perkalių 5A, Laičiai, Molėtai district, LT-33314, VAT number LT100013417317.
- Together with the Buyer's order for goods, these Rules become an agreement concluded between the Buyer and the Seller and are a legally binding document for both parties. The agreement is considered concluded when the Buyer forms and submits an order for goods in the BEANINGFUL store.
- When the Buyer orders goods in the BEANINGFUL store, it is considered that the Buyer has familiarized themselves with and unconditionally agreed to the rules.
- Prices in the online store may change in the future. The payment amount indicated in the formed order includes the currently valid price with shipping costs and taxes.
- Payments are made via online banking, using intermediary services provided by PAYSERA.
- A VAT invoice is issued and sent to the specified email address within 3 working days after the goods are delivered.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
In Lithuania, orders are delivered to parcel lockers or by courier using the services of UAB VENIPAK LIETUVA.
Delivery to Venipak parcel lockers – 3 eur;
Courier delivery – 5 eur;
For purchases of €50 or more – delivery in Lithuania is free of charge.
Delivery times – 2-5 business days from payment for the goods (due to courier workload, shipments may be delayed). BEANINGFUL is not responsible for delays in goods if they occurred due to the fault of third parties.
Orders can be collected free of charge at the BEANINGFUL manufactory (Perkalių 5A, Laičiai, Molėtai district, LT-33314).
Shipping costs abroad depend on the country. Delivery time abroad is 5-7 business days from payment for the goods. Delays may occur due to courier service workload.
RETURNS
In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, BEANINGFUL cocoa products are not exchanged or returned, unless the product was faulty or expired.
We package cocoa and cocoa products and ensure careful transportation, however, sometimes chocolate bars break during transit or become discolored due to increased temperature. If we packaged poorly or you are dissatisfied with the delivery – please contact us as soon as possible.
If you return a non-food item, the item (if delivered) must be returned within 14 days to: Perkalių 5A, Laičiai, Molėtai district. Money paid by the buyer for the item will be refunded within 5 working days from the return of the goods to the Seller.
The obligation to deliver the returned or exchanged item to the location specified by the Seller and all costs related to the return are borne by the Buyer, except when
goods of inadequate quality are returned or exchanged.
Goods must be returned in the original product and shipment packaging along with the product documents (instructions, warranty card, VAT invoice, a completed and signed purchase-sale agreement cancellation form or a goods return or exchange form). The buyer is responsible for the proper completeness and packaging of the returned item. If the item is not complete and properly packaged, the Seller has the right to refuse to accept the returned item and not refund the money paid by the buyer for the item.
